The Green Lantern Corps is sued for discrimination

A Qwardian minority name X’braberg (of the Braeberg race) is fed up after, once again, a Green Lantern ring passes him up for another well represented race in the Green Lantern Corps (an intergalactic military law enforcement organization).

The Guardians of the Universe, who created the Green Lantern Corps billions of years ago, say the accusations are unfounded and offensive.  They point to the 7000 plus different races who represent the Green Lanterns.  In fact, they take pride in their diversity, as it is fundamental to the way law is enforced in the universe.

X’braberg isn’t having it and files a civil grievance with the nearest sector who enforce laws preventing discrimination: the Outagamie County Circuit Courts in Appleton, Wisconsin, United States, Earth.

Upon winning the lawsuit, X’braberg is granted his own Green Lantern Ring and served a whole month on the Corp before quitting due to the spread of salacious rumors pertaining to his undisclosed sexual perversion.
